Research On Inteligent Control System For Air Source Heat Pump Machine And Drying Room Based On Climatix Platform

Drying in industrial and agricultural production and service industry has a wide range of needs,such as drying before grain storage,food drying,wood drying,tobacco drying,medicinal materials drying,sludge drying,printing ink drying,and hotel bed sheets drying and so on.During drying process,heating the drying room air to make water evaporation requires a lot of energy.This energy depended on the combustion of fossil fuels in the past,and the automation of the drying room equipment is very low.Due to people's requirements for the air quality of the clean environment,China government has made a heavy blow on the emission of pollutants.And in some areas,the coal fired boiler was asked to shut down without distinction.A large number of traditional drying rooms need to be upgraded,which brings great opportunities to the development of air source heat pump drying machine.In this paper,the principle and equipment types and characteristics of heat pump drying technology are analyzed,the market scope and development prospects of heat pump drying machine are analyzed,the bottlenecks existing in the development of heat pump drying industry in China are analyzed,and the load variation characteristics of drying processes and the technical points of control of heat pump drying machine are studied.According to customers' needs,an intelligent control system was developed,which can take into account both the process control of drying room and the control of heat pump machine.This system is compatible with various types of equipment,and is suitable for drying various kinds of materials.In addition,the control system also provides a touch human-computer interface for end users to set process parameters conveniently,and provides fault diagnosis and maintenance solutions based on remote cloud service for equipment manufacturers.The system can meet different drying process requirements of wood,sludge,vegetable and fruit,support constant speed,inverter type and digital scroll compressor.Based on the integral calculation of the moisture content in the exhaust flow of the drying room,it can predict the residual moisture content of dried materials and intuitively indicate the removing water amount and the residual content of materials.This reduces the influence of door opening to check during drying,make it convenient to users,and make customers' products more competitive.
