Ballast cleaning is a heavy workload and high labor intensity work item.As the most commonly used railway line maintenance machinery,full-section ballast cleaner can carry out periodic overhaul and screening operation on ballast bed,restoring the elasticity and drainage performance of ballast bed.Nowadays,the industrial electronic control system has been highly mature,and in recent years,the traditional machinery has been developing towards automation and intellectualization.However,for a long time,the construction mode of manual operation control has been basically maintained in all types of full-face ballast screen machines at home and abroad,which requires high technical requirements for operators,high working intensity and generally low construction efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a set of intelligent operation system for the ballast screen machine,which not only reduces the technical requirements for operators,but also maximizes the operation efficiency of the machine itself and improves the operation efficiency of the ballast screen machine.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the influencing factors of the operation efficiency of the ballast screen machine are analyzed.The results show that the excavation resistance is the core influencing factor,the influence weight of each factor on excavation resistance is obtained by factor analysis based on SPSS,and the sensitivity of each factor to excavation resistance is obtained by sensitivity analysis based on Sobol' method.Find out how intelligent construction system can improve work efficiencySencondly,the control arithmetic of the intelligent operation system of the ballast screen machine is studied,and a set of intelligent operation control flow of the ballast screen machine is formulated,so that it can realize the automatic construction operation.Aiming at the problem of working condition identification,a set of working condition identification algorithm of the ballast screen machine is established by using DS evidence theory and information fusion technology,which realizes the identification of working condition and the prediction of future working condition.Thirdly,the hardware design of the intelligent operation system was carried out,and the electrical system and hydraulic system of the ballast screen machine were reconstructed on the basis of the original.A new control system was designed in combination with the requirements of the intelligent operation system.The modified ballast screen machine has the basis for intelligent construction.Finally,carry out the intelligent operation test of the ballast screen machine,verify the working condition recognition effect of the intelligent system,verify the ability to cope with the continuous operation of complex working conditions and the overall working efficiency.The test results show that compared with manual operation system,the intelligent operation system greatly reduces the requirements of operators,improves the degree of automation of construction,and improves the operation efficiency by about 10%.
