At present,due to the development of China,the scale of the power grid has also expanded rapidly.At the same time,the corresponding plant stations have accumulated a large amount of power system data,and the difficulty in managing these data has also increased.On the one hand,the grid structure is more complicated than ever,and on the other hand,because the improvement of power quality requirements requires the dispatch system to be processed more immediately.At the same time,with the advent of the era of big data,the rational analysis of the use of power data to serve power production and power dispatching has become an urgent issue.As an intermediate link between power production and power transmission,the power dispatch system determines whether the power grid can operate in a high efficiency and high quality state.With the advancement of the times,it is not only necessary to monitor the power plants,substations and power transmission equipment in real time,but also to analyze the obtained monitoring data.At present,the dispatching system of Sichuan Power Grid is still carried out in a semi-manual manner.This traditional backward approach has become increasingly unable to adapt to current needs and severely limits power production.In view of the current problem,this paper deeply analyzes the current status and needs of the current power dispatch management system,develops a set of national network and China Unicom,and can carry out provincial,prefecture and county-level services,and efficiently and intelligently share information in each business system.The power dispatch management system can realize the integration of data of various departments of Sichuan Power Grid and the process and standardization of the production process to ensure the healthy,sustained and stable development of power production and grid operation.In order to solve the problem of low automation in power system,inconsistent function modules and lack of rational use of massive power data,this paper uses a set of power dispatching management system based on data mining to realize several functions in power dispatching system.The automation level of the power dispatching system is improved.At the same time,several main modules of the power dispatching system are integrated,and a regression algorithm based on support vector machine is adopted.The power load forecasting data is used to predict the power load,and the intelligent power dispatching is also improved.The work of this thesis mainly includes the following parts: The first part mainly introduces the concept and historical development of power dispatch management system.According to the design of the power dispatching system in the past and the current new requirements,an overall demand analysis of the power dispatch management system is carried out.The next part is to use SOA technology to design the system architecture and data platform,and at the same time design the main function module scheduling management,real-time monitoring,production analysis,scheduling and other subsystems.In terms of power dispatching,we have used massive historical data to implement power load forecasting based on data mining algorithms,thus realizing intelligent dispatching of power.Our power dispatch management system uses a service-oriented architecture to implement.The.NET Framework is selected as the system development environment.The SQL Server 2005 data engine is used as the core data warehouse of the enterprise data management solution.Data mining technology is used to realize power.Scheduling.
