Modern computer information technology has been widely used in various fields of society to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs,including power companies.Panzhihua Electric Power Company has purchased a large number of information-based communication equipment in the process of promoting information construction.The operation and production of equipment is carried out by the communication center,but the communication center still manages the equipment manually.In this mode,many reusable equipment are discarded and lost,and there is no way to trace the responsible person.This waste brings huge problems to the company's equipment management.From this,it can be seen that Panzhihua Electric Power Company has become an inevitable trend to introduce information technology to scientific management of equipment.Based on J2 EE platform,this thesis designed and implemented the equipment management system of Panzhihua Power Communication Center.This thesis used SSM framework to realize system functions,and used SQL Server 2008 database to store data information.In order to deal with the equipment management business on-line,the equipment information management system was developed based on WEB mode.The system covered all the information equipment management business of electric power company.It consists of system management,RFID management,equipment management,equipment tracking,mobile application and report query business management module.It is scientific,standardized and networked for the equipment management business.The new stage lays the foundation.This thesis useed UML use case diagrams,flow charts and sequence diagrams to analyze and design the functional modules of the system in detail,and constructed an efficient database storage model for the system.Under the guidance of the design scheme,the realization of the system was completed,and the function test and performance test of the system were carried out.Under the condition of investigating the mainstream equipment management system in the market and considering the current situation of equipment management in Panzhihua Electric Power Communication Center,aiming at the insufficiency of information equipment management in enterprises,this thesis introduced the technology of RFID Internet of Things and mobile PDA equipment,realized the functions of intelligent inventory and patrol inspection,and greatly reduced the labor cost.At present,the system has been successfully applied to Panzhihua Electric Power Communication Center to manage equipment information,which could effectively improve the efficiency of staff and reduce operating costs.
