On the basis of inductance energy storage type pulse power experiment device,the experiment research of electric explosive wire breaker is completed,and a model of electric explosive wire breaker based on specific action quantity is constructed.The model is optimized by repeated experiments,which lays a foundation for theoretical research of electric explosive wire breaker.At the same time,the specific application of electric explosive wire breaker in inductive energy storage pulse power system is carried out.The details are as follows:The research work in this paper is based on the experimental device of electric exploding wire switch.The experimental device mainly includes: high voltage charging circuit,main discharge circuit,trigger circuit,load loop and so on.The working principle of each circuit is briefly introduced.In the experiment,the device can ensure a higher experimental accuracy,voltage range of 0 ~ 20 KV capacitor operation,and then through human-computer interaction to discharge,trigger electrical explosion and other steps.After simplifying the main discharge circuit of the electric explosive circuit breaker,the SIMULINK simulation model is established according to the relationship between resistivity and specific action.The initial simulation conditions are the diameter and length of the wire.After detailed analysis of the output simulation results,it can be very fast to understand the breaking time and breaking current value of the electric explosive switch.At the experimental stage,we select and simulate the same initial conditions for the experiment.The voltage and current at both ends of the wire are recorded by oscilloscope,and the breaking time and current of the circuit breaker are analyzed.According to the simulation and experimental results under the same conditions,it can be concluded that the diameter of the wire has a great influence on the breaking time and the breaking current value.Under the condition of other parameters unchanged,with the increase of the diameter,the breaking current value of the wire becomes smaller and the breaking time becomes longer;the length of the wire has a great influence on the breaking time and the breaking current value.The influence of the open circuit current value is small.Therefore,in order to achieve better breaking performance,smaller diameter and suitable length should be selected.It should be noted that although the effect of length is small,if it is too short,the current can not be cut off and can not be restored to zero.In summary,according to the theory of electrical explosion,this paper uses the developed inductive energy storage pulse power experimental device to complete the experimental study of electrical explosion wire breaker,and constructs the simulation model of specific action of electrical explosion wire breaker,and analyzes the influence of various parameters on its breaking performance.Through the model,to complete the effective optimization of the initial parameters,through continuous experiments,to complete the improvement of the model.
