Research On The Design Of Medical Space Organization In General Hospital Guided By Medical Flows

Along with the prosperity of health care in recent years,the National Health and Family Planning Commission has repeatedly emphasized that the construction of medical institutions should focus on improving the efficiency of medical services.Medical process as a direct manifestation of medical service procedures and links,with its entry point,to play its professional value in the field of architecture to guide the rational organization and design of medical space,it is of practical significance for the improvement of service efficiency in general hospitals..From the inherent law of medical process flow,it is deconstructed into “service process ” and “ service process ”.Through the “ systematic grading ” theory,the comprehensive hospital medical space is interpreted as a medical behavior place,which is the design expression carrier of medical process flow.On the basis of clarifying the relevance of the medical process and the design of different spatial categories in the general hospital,the paper analyzes the guiding design role in the spatial organization process from the first-level medical process and the secondary medical process.The idea and method of medical space organization with each functional unit as the research object is proposed.Then select the representative medical functional units in the general hospital as the research object,and carry out in-depth research in accordance with the above ideas and methods,and guide the functional positioning and medical tasks of the research object with the development of medical process flow.The medical process guides the functional unit location selection and external function contact mode,and guides the internal medical space order of the functional unit with the secondary medical process flow,combined with the normative requirements of the research object,the basic spatial mode,and the design elements under the medical process flow guidance.The medical space organization strategy of each functional unit under different design conditions.The process of deductive reasoning is also a reverse induction of the theoretical methods of medical space organization design.Finally,combined with Xi’an Qianhai Life Insurance Hospital,a practical engineering case based on medical process flow,the medical space organization plan is analyzed as a closed loop from theory to practice.
