In recent years,with the continuous inflow of urban population,the number and density of high-rise residential buildings are increasing day by day.At the same time,environmental problems and building energy consumption in residential areas have gradually attracted more and more people's attention.With the diversification of building forms,it is of great significance to study the ventilation and energy consumption of different types of buildings.In this paper,some newly built residential communities in xi 'an city in recent years were investigated and counted from the aspects of land scale,building shape and orientation,building density and volume ratio,layout mode,building spacing and other parameters,combined with the requirements of the national code,the parameters of the building model to be used in this paper are determined.Phoenics software was used to build the building model and set boundary conditions,and the influence of different building arrangements on the outdoor wind environment was simulated and analyzed.Based on the above outdoor wind environment simulation results,the representative rooms with different internal layouts of the building were selected and the indoor ventilation was simulated.take indoor average wind speed,wind speed frequency distribution,the average age of air and indoor air age distribution frequency as the judging standard,the indoor ventilation and air quality conditions of the rooms in panel,point and L-type arrangement were summarized.According to the above simulation results,and with the aid of DeST-Vent Plus energy consumption simulation software,from the natural ventilation time,roomnatural room temperature,air conditioning load per unit area,and the energy saving ratio,etc.,month by month to different representative under the arrangement of the room,to simulate the energy consumption in different window strategy research,and analyses the influence of natural ventilation under three different arrangement of the room air conditioning energy consumption.By comparison,the maximum wind pressure difference of the window increased by 1Pa,and the building energy consumption decreased by about 3% due to natural ventilation.Therefore,the wind environment in residential areas has a great impact on the energy consumption of building air conditioning.The research results of this paper can provide some reference for the layout of the residential area and the design of the internal layout of the building,as well as the estimation of the energy consumption of air conditioning in the room.
