With the development of the social economy,the total amount of construction is increasing,and the proportion of energy consumption of construction in the entire social energy consumption is also gradually increasing,so the works of construction energy conservation has become a very pressing issue.The paper has done the following aspects of research based on a low-energy building in a cold region:The paper takes a low-energy building in a cold region,Shijiazhuang City as the research subject.First of all,the energy consumption simulation model of the low-energy building and its corresponding 65% energy-saving building is established to simulate the energy consumption of building.The results show that,compared to 65% energy-saving building,the unit area of the low-energy building cooling load and heating load decreased by 25.99% and 25.82%,respectively,and its total energy consumption decreased by 27.92%.In addition,we simulately compulate the impact of building orientation,thickness of wall insulation,ratio of south window and wall,the typeof exterior windowand other factors on the energy consumption of this low energy building.The results show that,the most maximum factor affecting the cooling load and heating load of the building are exterior window type,and the minimum impact is the building orientation.We have conducted a study on the natural ventilation strategy of the rooms in the building in the transitional season.The results show that,we using the 14: 00-17: 00 natural ventilation strategy can reduce the cooling load of buildings by 13.26%.Moreover,we have studied the influence of the outdoor meteorological parameter zoning,the temperature range of the person tolerance,air-conditioning running time and other factors on the building load.Research results show that,when the air conditioning system is running divided in the area,the cooling load of the building is reduced by 3.22%,Person tolerance temperature increase or decrease 1 ? on the basis of 20 ?-26 ?,and the drop rates of cooling load and heating load of building are about respectively 7% and 5%;when the air conditioning system running time is 10: 00-16: 00,the cooling load of the building is reduced by 9.87%.From the perspective of indoor environment,we carried out a simulation comparative analysis of the air-conditioner system scheme of the fan coil with fresh air and the air-conditioner system scheme of the cooling roof with displacement ventilation,and conducted an analysis and appraisal of the two schemes.The results of simulation and analysis show that,the vertical temperature difference is smaller and the wind speed is lower in the staff working area in the air-conditioner system scheme of the cooling roof with displacement ventilation,and the energy loss of the system compared to energy loss of another system is reduced by 59%.We simulated the dynamic effects of the air-conditioner system scheme of the cooling roof with displacement ventilation on the indoor environment in air supply angle,and analyzed the simulation results to obtain a more reasonable supply angle of displacement ventilation.The relevant research results in the paper can provide some guidance for the design and operation of the same kind of building system in this area.
