At present,there are many large-scale public building projects,such as medical projects,petrochemical projects,there are many kinds of mechanical and electrical installation engineering,pipeline layout is complex and layout space is insufficient.However,if only the general pipeline synthesis method is used,it will not only consume a lot of time,but also have high professional and technical requirements for designers,and it can not completely guarantee that there is no pipeline crossing collision problem.The application of BIM technology improves the speed of comprehensive pipeline layout,reduces the collision of crossing nodes,visually analyzes the situation of the lower space of nodes in complex parts,and quickly finds out the problems in the comprehensive pipeline layout,which plays a great role in the management of the whole construction process.Firstly,this paper analyses the application status of BIM technology in pipeline network layout of public buildings at home and abroad,and studies the application process of BIM technology in pipeline network layout design and construction stage of large public buildings.The BIM technology is applied to the process of pipeline network layout,including BIM three-dimensional modeling,pipeline network optimization,collision detection,virtual roaming,visualization construction and digital delivery,etc.According to the characteristics of equipment,complex functions and various pipelines of such projects,the comprehensive optimization of pipelines for mechanical and electrical installation engineering system,air conditioning system,firefighting system,water supply and drainage system,medical gas system and garbage and sewage collection equipment system is analyzed.By increasing the installation elevation of pipeline,the clearance height of corridor is increased,and the combined support and hanger is applied to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.Based on the application of BIM technology in hospital project IPD mode,the application effect is summarized and analyzed,and the application value of BIM technology in pipeline network layout of large public buildings is verified.Through the application research of this paper,we can guide the actual project to improve the detailed drawing design and node design quickly,control the construction process of each specialty or subcontract,pre-calculate and reasonably select the comprehensive support and hanger,and achieve the requirements of dynamic construction control.
