Jack-up operation support platform is a kind of jack-up platform and plays an important role in the auxiliary work of marine engineering.It is equipped with a wide range of offshore engineering equipment and different functions to fulfill different offshore operations.Compared with other platforms,jack-up has frequent transitions,shorter operating time and tight integration with working conditions.Its frequently changing operating environment poses a serious challenge to the platform security.So it's important to analyze the environmental adaptability of jack-up.The analysis includes in-position analysis and jacking analysis.Using environmental adaptability analysis to quickly assess its adaptability under the combination of wind,wave and current environmental load becomes the main means to ensure platform security.The jack-up in-position environmental response and adaptability analysis is to adjust the variable load to the platform under different working water depths and environmental loads,to evaluate platform's anti-roll stability,leg strength,pre-ballasting capacity,boots strength and so on.Then nomograms of the maximum allowable variable loads that the platform can withstand under different working conditions can be carried out.The nomograms carried out by the providing a convenient and quick tool for the platform operator.This paper uses the numerical simulation method to establish a numerical model through SACS.The environmental analysis software is created to use batch calculation and batch result extraction to improve the efficiency.The platform's environmental adaptability tables are established to illustrate the maximum allowable variable load under the environmental load and geological conditions of the platform to ensure the security.It is significant for the design and construction of the platform and the operation safety.This paper also propose the process of jack-up under jacking condition.The practical calculation method of engineering is established.The hydrodynamic analysis of the platform is carried out by MOSES,and the collision simulation between pile shoes and soil is established by ABAQUS.The rationality of the platform guarantees the safety of jacking condition.
