The wandering test of off-line vehicles can largely prevent vehicles with latent defects flowing into the market.At present,the automatic test system of vehicle driving wandering based on laser ranging has been applied in the practical test.However,the wandering test system has been working outdoors for a long time and will inevitably experience all kinds of natural and induced environments.In the long run,the function,performance and service life of the system will be affected by different degree,and what's worse,it will lose its original function and cannot meet the demand of wandering test.So,the environmental adaptability of the wandering test system was mainly studied in this thesis.First of all,the wandering test system was introduced from four aspects: current data acquisition module,current data transmission module,wireless network communication module and infrastructure module,etc.And through the analysis of the environmental profile of the system,various environmental factors encountered in the full life cycle were made clear.Then,the influence mechanism of various environmental factors on every module of the system was acquired by building the fault tree of environmental influence,achieving the qualitative analysis of environmental factors for the system.Secondly,environmental adaptability evaluation of the wandering test system was carried out.The evaluation indicator system of environmental adaptability of the system was established based on analytic hierarchy process,and then,environmental adaptability evaluation of single and combined environmental factors were respectively carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The concept of “environmental fitness” was introduced to quantitatively measure the environmental adaptability level of the system.The evaluation revealed that the overall environmental adaptability level of the system was “medium”.Among them,the environmental adaptability level for dust,snow and fog was “good”,and for temperature and relative humidity,it was “medium”,and for electromagnetic interference,it was “poor”.Finally,environmental adaptability design and safeguard of the wandering test system was carried out.According to the results of evaluation,the environmental adaptability design was mainly carried out from current data acquisition module and wireless network communication module.The semiconductor refrigerator and ETC communication solution were proposed to improve the environmental adaptability for temperature,relative humidity,dust,rain,snow,fog and electromagnetic interference,etc.In order to continually improve environmental adaptability of the system,some safeguard measures were proposed,such as environmental stress screening technology for purchased components and running environment controlling technology.Based on the qualitative and quantitative research on environmental adaptability of the wandering test system,this thesis not only provides a reference basis for improvement,hardware selection and overall evaluation of the system,but also has important practical significance for the promotion of environmental adaptability and enterprise satisfaction.
