Design Method Of Jacket Platform's Stiffened Plate Living Quarter

The living quarter is an important part of the offshore platform to provide work and entertainment space for offshore workers.At present,the jacket platform living quarter mainly uses truss type.The stiffened plate structure is similar to the hull structure and has many advantages.It is possible to try to apply the stiffened plate structure to the structural design of the jacket platform living quarter.Firstly,referring to the structure of the typical truss type living quarter of jacket platform and the structure of the jack-up platform living quarter,the structural design scheme of the stiffened plate living quarter applied to the jacket platform is given.The finite element analysis software SESAM is used to calculate the structure,combined with the JScript scripting language used by the GeniE module,to study the parametric modeling method and intelligent modeling method in software.Through the loop and judgment statement in the Jscript language,the modeling process is simplified,and the purpose of quickly modifying the design scheme for modeling is achieved.Finally,referring to the existing living quarter of jacket platform,the design scheme of the stiffened plate living quarter of the jacket platform for 60 staffs is given.The JScript script is used in SESAM to make model and calculate the loading corresponding to the in-position condition,seismic condition,transportation condition and lifting condition,and perform finite element analysis.Check the strength of the panels and beams of the living quarter according to the standards.From the results of finite element calculation,the design scheme of the stiffened plate living quarter can meet the requirements of the standards,the script can achieve the purpose of rapid modeling after modifying the design scheme.In summary,the design method of the stiffened plate living quarter of the jacket platform by SESAM software was provided.This design method realizes some intelligence in the modeling process.A living quarter example designed according to the method was checked with the standard.This has significance for the design and construction of offshore oil and gas development and jacket platform living quarters.
