Vehicle driving conditions are widely used in the fields of vehicles and transportation,providing important basis for matching vehicle power parameters,fuel economy and emission characteristics.At home and abroad,a series of researches on construction methods of driving conditions have been carried out for civil vehicles.Corresponding driving cycle test standards have been formulated to provide a reference for vehicle power transmission matching.Modern tracked vehicles require comprehensive consideration of power,economy,and handling.Various performances,such as performance,also need to take into account the various shifting conditions during driving.However,currently there is no corresponding standard for tracked vehicle driving cycle conditions,and there is less research on tracked vehicle driving conditions.The construction of driving conditions using the real vehicle data of the tracked vehicle test field is used to match and experimentally study the powertrain of tracked vehicles is of great significance.This paper chooses to use the cyclic route method to conduct experiments at the gravel road test site,and selects wavelet threshold,wavelet base and wavelet decomposition layer based on the actual vehicle data to wavelet denoise the vehicle speed signal.Four construction methods,VA matrix method,variable step VA matrix method,and clustering VA matrix method,are used to construct the running conditions of tracked vehicles.The error conditions of various construction conditions are analyzed by calculating the average error of eigenvalues and the similarity coefficient of VA matrix.The comparison of working condition construction methods shows that the variable step size VA matrix method is more suitable for the construction of running conditions of tracked vehicles.AVL-Cruise software is used to establish the vehicle model based on the characteristics of the tracked vehicle.The simulation model was checked;then,based on the running conditions of the tracked vehicle constructed,the influence of some parameters of the power transmission system on the power and economy of the tracked vehicle was studied.Finally,for the front and rear transmission ratios,the DOE test design function that comes with CRUISE software is combined with the vehicle's comprehensive performance target evaluation system based on the weight coefficient to optimize the matching.The optimization results show that the front transmission ratio i1=0.9 is selected.The optimized solution with transmission ratio i2=4.1 has been improved on various power and economic indicators,improving the vehicle performance.
