With the rapid and steady development of Chinese industry and transportation industry,the pollutants discharged by light vehicles have a great impact on the atmospheric environment quality.Driving conditions are an important index to evaluate vehicle fuel consumption and exhaust emissions,and the construction of effective driving conditions can promote the development of energy conservation and emission reduction technology of national vehicles.The data collection time of this article is two months,and the collection place is Fuzhou,with three light vehicles as test vehicles to build the driving conditions of light vehicles in Fuzhou.The main contents of this article are as follows:This thesis first selects the interpolation complement and set the upper and lower threshold to filter and remove the bad data.Then we divide the short section,remove the invalid short section,and introduce the nuclear main component analysis method to reduce the characteristic parameter matrix of the short section.A K-means clustering algorithm based on improved fruit fly algorithm divides the short video segment into high,medium and low speed.Use the density standard difference to initialize the fruit flies group representative,show the general distribution characteristics of the data set in the iteration,and use the newly built fitness function,the step length update formula and the jump mechanism,improving the performance of clustering and improving the accuracy of clustering.According to the time contribution of the high,medium and low speed fragments to the total working condition segment,determine the duration of the three types of short segments in the working condition,establish the database of motion fragments and idle fragments,select the short segment with the corresponding characteristics in the database,and synthesize the working condition curve.A driving condition curve of 13 idle fragments and 10motion fragments with 1800s,maximum speed of 116 km/h,average speed of 32.2km/h,average acceleration of 0.534m/s~2and average deceleration of 0.623m/s~2,experiments show that the working conditions can accurately reflect the actual road driving characteristics of light vehicles in Fuzhou.Compare the characteristic parameters of each speed section(high,medium and low speed)with the relative error of the corresponding characteristic parameters of the corresponding actual database,It proves the rationality of the construction method of the working condition curve;Together with China Passenger Car Conditions(China light-duty vehicle test cycle-passenger,CLTC-P)and Global Light Vehicle Test Regulations(Worldwide Light-duty Test Procedure,WLTC)for a simulation comparison,Analyze the differences between the working conditions,The characteristic parameter value of working condition in Fuzhou is between CLTC-P and WLTC,It reflects the good applicability of the construction working conditions.
