The safety and stability of power equipment is an important basis for the safe and stable operation of power systems.The monitoring of the operating status of electrical equipment can promptly identify problems and reduce the occurrence of failures.Electric power equipment heat monitoring and monitoring technology is developed on the temperature monitoring technology of industrial equipment.It mainly experienced thermocouple technology,fixed-adhesive display temperature wax(paper)temperature measurement technology,non-contact far-infrared temperature measurement technology,optical fiber measurement Temperature technology,active wireless temperature measurement technology and SAW sensor passive wireless temperature measurement technology and other development stages.In recent years,several on-line temperature monitoring devices for electrical equipment based on different detection principles have been developed overseas.In order to meet the requirements of safety,reliability,and practicality,countries have begun to adopt passive wireless temperature measurement methods.In addition to its pure and passive characteristics,SAW wireless passive temperature sensors also have significant features such as long service life,resistance to harsh environments,ease of installation and use,and low cost.The ability to work over a wide temperature range is ideal for wireless temperature measurement.At present,there have been many research achievements in wireless passive temperature measurement systems.The subject is based on the design and application of wireless passive temperature measurement system based on SAW sensor.Firstly,the development status and research background of SAW sensor at home and abroad are introduced and analyzed,which further confirms the necessity of the research.Secondly,the principle,structure type and temperature measurement principle of SAW sensor are introduced.The application of temperature measurement system and wireless passive temperature measurement system based on SAW sensor are analyzed.Finally,the hardware design,system structure and data analysis of the wireless passive temperature measurement system based on SAW sensor are introduced.The SAW sensor wireless passive temperature measurement system in the thermal power plant is designed for system function,installation scheme design and actual temperature analysis..The research of this topic can deepen the learning and understanding of SAW sensor wireless passive temperature measurement system,and provide a certain foundation for the subsequent research of SAW sensor.
