Twenty-first Century is the rapid development of science and technology of the information age, the application of electronic technology, single chip microcomputer technology, embedded system technology is unprecedented widely, accompanied with the development of science and technology, in the process of modern industrial control, the need for real-time monitoring of the equipment running state, the production environment and other external factors, while the temperature is one of the most important parameters can be measured. So the temperature appeared in the production life frequency increasing, such as in the more developed industry, to ensure the normal operation of the production by using the temperature measurement and control; to ensure constant temperature of greenhouse vegetables to ensure production in agriculture; temperature detection in coal mine production of each fire prone areas to provide real-time online as the coal mine safety production. So the temperature measurement and control to ensure product quality, improve production efficiency, energy saving, safety, and promote the development of the national economy plays a very important role in.This paper introduces a kind of design ideas based on the multi-point temperature measurement system of short distance wireless communication technology and implementation method. The paper first presents architecture of the overall scheme of the system, this paper introduces in detail the main performance characteristics of key components, and then introduced the software design and complete all the functions related to the system hardware circuit design, finally has carried on the system debugging and analysis, and put forward the problems existing in the system and the part to be improved.Multi point wireless temperature measurement system consists of MCU AT89S51 temperature acquisition module and receiving module two parts based on the temperature, the temperature acquisition module mainly by the temperature sensor DS18B20 and wireless transceiver chip nRF24L01 as the core, the complete temperature data collection and wireless transmission function, temperature module is mainly composed of a wireless transceiver chip nRF24L01 through the RS232 serial port module, wireless receive and transfer to the PC for display and processing temperature data. The multi point wireless temperature measurement system has the advantages of simple circuit structure, stable performance, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, easy to expand, the actual transmission distance of about 100 meters, is suitable for short distance monitoring of various environmental temperature.
