In order to deal with a large amount of distributed power accessing and diversified customer load growing,distribution network is being transformed into dynamic active distribution network(ADN)with bidirectional load flow.Compared with the traditional distribution network,the complexity is greatly increased.Then it poses a challenge to the comprehensive evaluation and decision of ADN planning considering multi-source coordination.This paper proposes a comprehensive decision making system of ADN planning considering multi-source coordination.This system can obtain the optimal plan from the optimization algorithm scientifically,rigorously,comprehensively and objectively,and reflect the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme in all indicators.Specifically,this thesis paper contributes to the following points:(1)It summarizes and sorts out the research and application of ADN planning scheme evaluation,and help understand the difference between ADN and traditional distribution network from the aspects of planning process,planning model and planning scheme formation.(2)It analyzes the coordination and complementarity characteristics of typical power sources such as wind and solar in ADN,so that the evaluation index system which is different from the traditional distribution network can be analyzed in the follow-up study.(3)The selection of evaluation indicators,criteria and standard for evaluation are studied.An evaluation index system for active distribution network planning considering multi-source coordination is proposed.Entropy weight method is used to process the calculated values of different indicators and determine the weight of indicators.After determining the weight of each evaluation index and the evaluation criteria of each index,the evaluation method of each index is studied by using the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.Taking three alternative active distribution network planning schemes in a certain area of S city as an example,the evaluation index system of the proposed active distribution network planning scheme considering multi-source coordination is verified,and the quantitative evaluation results of the planning scheme are given to provide decision-making reference for the scheme selection.
