AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)is a kind of motion integrated control system powered by batteries,perceiving the external environment,can accepting instructions and making independent dynamic decisions according to algorithms.It is widely used in industrial and logistics fields,such as intelligent warehousing system in JD and automatic transportation in modern factories recycling systems and so on.The AGV system mainly includes the following five parts: on-board controller,power supply system(including batteries),electric driver,sensor and motor equipment.Based on the concept of production,learning and research,this paper designs and develops "AGV power supply system" according to the actual work content,this paper focuses on the power supply system of the vehicle system,including the optimization design of power supply for each part and the charging management of Li battery,which makes the power supply of the vehicle system modular and efficient.The main contents include:1.Analyzing the power demand of the system,researching the key technology and working mode of switching power supply,and constructing appropriate power module to optimize the power of each subsystem.2.Optimize the Li battery management of AGV,and monitor the battery power based on TI's BQ34Z100 series lithium battery C controller.3.For the requirement of saving charging time of batteries in modern factories,this paper adds 500 W high current fast charging power source to charge Li batteries and improve the whole AGV power supply system.4.A STM32-based processor is equipped for the AGV power system to monitor and manage the system,and CAN is connected with the on-board system to facilitate the subsequent intelligent integrated design of AGV.
