Ship traffic management and monitoring system is used to ensure the normal operation of ships in the prescribed waterways,improve the efficiency of shipping,protect the environment of waterways,and monitor the illegal operation of ships.The system has played a great role in water consolidation.But most of the systems import foreign products directly,and the domestic systems work on a single computer without integrating and processing the data,which results in poor stability of the whole system,large deviation of target position accuracy,single network,weak interaction between sensors and more false targets.The introduction of new technology will greatly improve the performance and reliability of VTS,and will promote the rapid development of VTS,especially the networking of multi-radar systems,which will fundamentally enhance the ability of VTS to detect targets,reduce the appearance of false targets and improve the ability of monitoring rivers.Firstly,the fusion model of VTS is studied in depth.On the basis of the fusion model of feature,pixel and decision-making level,combined with the demand of VTS itself,the system model is proposed.After that,this paper gives a detailed and comprehensive introduction to radar.In order to meet the needs of the model,the statistical characteristics of sea clutter are explored,and the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms are compared.STC curve algorithm is used to suppress sea clutter.At the same time,the algorithm is applied to the collected echo video,and compared with the pre-suppression video,the probability of target detection is significantly improved.There are temporal and spatial deviations in radar video.Therefore,this paper explores the space-time calibration algorithm,and uses the correlation time algorithm to calibrate the fused video.KNN spatial clustering algorithm is used to predict and collect the echoes to get the location of the target center.Finally,this paper unifies each module,and tests the reliability and feasibility of the algorithm by playback video of the actual project,and unifies with the whole VTS data,which paves the way for the future use of the project.
