Since 21 st century,China auto market have transferred from the exploratory stage to the mature stage.The relevant data shows that the growth in this profits are slowing,which transit from retail sales to after-sales service.Then the original operation model of dealer management cannot satisfy the increased customer requirements and the self-cost optimization requirements.With the developments of Internet,more and more new technologies are emerging,such as cloud computing,Big Data,Container technology etc.More and more companies are constantly improving their productivity under the transformation of new IT technologies and creating one after another commercial miracle.In the field of dealer management,the key is to recreate new dealer management business with these new technology and lower cost.In this thesis,through the survey and researching from current dealers' information-based solution,the author find the dealer management system has been widely used in the process of pre-sales and after-sales,including parts management,vehicle maintenance,customer relationship management etc.Through the analysis of system architecture researched,some defects are founded in service,management and operation because of the monolithic design.Noting that Container technology has the characteristics of flexible expansion and high resource utilization,the author studies the feasibility of containerization of dealer business,and finds that as long as the dealer business is decoupled,and the relevant components are abstracted and reconstructed,the containerization can be realized in order to reduce the operating costs.Therefore,the author gives the solution based on the containerization design: TOGAF should be used to decouple the dealer's overall business.In addition,service decoupling,architecture design and the definition of key functional components are performed for the on-site management part,providing RESTful and flexible external services.Taking the on-site management business as a case,the system is implemented with the container technology to reduce operating costs and build a new solution for dealer on-site management system.The research provides a reference case for dealer management system design in the furture,which helps to enhance dealer service,operation,and management capabilities.It also supports the provision of more personalized and differentiated services in the future to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
