With the development of Chinese economic and social,people's material and cultural living standards have constantly improved,and the energy and electricity consumption have also maintained a rapid growth.“The Thirteen Five” period is a critical period for China to realize energy transformation and scientific development.,it's necessary to consider comprehensively the requirements of low-carbon economic model for the sustainable development of power industry.In addition,China's power grid enterprises are facing tremendous operational pressure.In order to meet the intensive and lean management needs,the relationship between investment and efficiency must be correctly handled.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:First,sort out the main factors affecting the efficiency of the transmission network investment program.From the three aspects of power grid security,economy,high efficiency,green low carbon,we will build a comprehensive evaluation system for investment network investment plan evaluation,and establish corresponding evaluation models for each index,.Secondly,on the basis of the evaluation index system and index model,the evaluation process of transmission network investment scheme is designed.It includes selecting investment schemes to be evaluated,determining grid structure and boundary conditions to complete the example construction,selecting constraints based on adequacy and security,designing multi-simulation scenarios from three aspects of typical operation mode,dispatching mode and constraints,calculating multi-scenario optimal power flow,and evaluating the comprehensive benefits of investment schemes in order to ensure the benefits of investment schemes.The comprehensiveness,objectivity and accuracy of the assessment process.Finally,the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of transmission network investment scheme proposed in this paper is used to evaluate a 750 kV transmission line investment scheme in Qinghai Province in 2018,and the changes of comprehensive benefits of transmission investment schemes under different dispatching modes are compared.The ability of transmission network investment scheme to adapt to the change of dispatching mode is analyzed,which provides a basis for reasonable scheme selection.
