The cement polystyrene mold shell concrete wall is a composite wall structure composed of a polystyrene film shell and a formwork,and an internal cast-in-place concrete grid.The wall structure has the advantages of bearing capacity,thermal insulation,fire resistance and sound insulation,and has been paid more and more attention by the construction industry.Under the background of promoting green and energy-saving buildings in China,the wall has a very broad appli cation prospect.Due to the short application time of the wall structure in China,the research on the shear performance of the wall structure is not comprehensive.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper does the following work on the wall st ructure:(1)Through the horizontal shear test of four kinds of lattice concrete walls with cement polyphenylene film shells under different axial pressures,observe the crack development of the wall structure during the stress process,and analyze the wall structure at the level.Force performance and failure mode under load.The test results show that the structural integrity can be maintained when the wall is damaged,and the wall structure has good shear resistance.The shear failure of the wall is d ivided into three stages: the elastic stage of loading the concrete to the fine crack,the elastoplastic stage of the increase of the crack,and the severe stage of the final cracking and cracking of the wall.(2)By analyzing the influence of axial compression ratio on the shear performance of the wall structure,it is concluded that increasing the axial compression ratio of the wall can improve the shear resistance of the wall,and the ductility of the wall gradually decreases.The greater the axial compression ratio,the more obvious the wall shear damage.(3)Contrasting and analyzing whether the side column strengthens the influence of reinforcement on the shear performance of the wall,it is concluded that the reinforcement of the side column can enhance the shear resistance of the wall and improve the deformation ability of the wall.(4)Based on the test,the finite element numerical model of the wall structure is established,and the shear performance analysis is carried out.The simulation results obtained are compared with the test results.The error rate is basically less than 10%,which is verified.Establish the accuracy of the numerical model.Based on the mutual verification of the test and simulation,it is concluded that the reasonable thresh old value of the axial compression ratio of the wall structure is 0.3.(5)Using ABAQUS software to analyze the factors affecting the shear resistance of the wall structure.It is concluded that the higher the aspect ratio,the lower the shear capacity of the wall structure and the improved deformation capacity.When the height and width are relatively small,the wall is damaged by force and shear damage.When the height and width are relatively large,the wall is damaged by bending and shearing;reinforced concrete strength can greatly improve the shear resistance of the wall.The paper has 52 pictures,16 tables and 52 references.
