| This paper compares and analyses the schemes of the overflow accidents in the production process of Deliman in Baishi Waterworks of Fuxin Water Company Limited.Finally,an on-line uninterrupted power supply(UPS)system is added to the production system to ensure the normal and trouble-free operation of the waterworks and the water consumption of the people in the city.Uninterruptible power supply(UPS)is a kind of power electronic equipment used to provide stable,uninterrupted and high-quality power for load.According to the different main circuit topology,UPS can be divided into backup,online interactive and online.Among them,online UPS has the best performance and the most extensive application.At present,UPS products using analog control technology are still the mainstream,but there are a large number of discrete components in analog control circuit.Such control circuit has some inherent drawbacks,which can not meet the actual needs of production.This paper mainly focuses on the research of online UPS.In the case of power supply failure of online UPS,the output of UPS does not need switching time,and its load power supply is smooth and stable,which makes online UPS fully meet the actual needs of our Waterworks in production,and plays a vital role in equipment safety and personnel safety.In this paper,according to the actual needs of production and the functional requirements of online UPS,the hardware circuit and auxiliary circuit are designed,and the software of the system is designed according to the functional requirements.Finally,the field application experiment is carried out.First,the designed hardware circuit and software program modules are put into the trial operation of a single V-type filter.Through repeated experiments,it is proved that the performance indicators and functions of the system have reached the expected goal.Then,the online UPS system tested is put into the actual production of the whole water plant for the overall field operation.Fully carry out the test and demonstration to ensure the normal operation of the production.This paper has 46 figures,9 tables,64 formulas and 38 references. |
