With the development of China's economy and society,the people's living standards have been continuously improved,which has also accelerated the development of the catering industry.The large-scale discharge of catering fumes has made a small contribution to the increase of air pollution.The high-voltage electrostatic fume purifier has the advantages of low cost,no secondary pollution,and the like,and is widely used in the environmental protection of the catering industry.However,in complex and variable corona electric fields,the difference in power supply mode of the soot purification power supply will have a crucial impact on the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.Therefore,for the variable load condition of the soot,the in-depth study of the resonant converter with current source properties and good load adaptability has certain engineering application value.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of resonant circuit topologies are compared firstly.The cascade circuit of Buck circuit and current-mode LCC resonant circuit is proposed as the main power topology of the soot purification power supply,which solves the noise interference of the single-stage topology duty cycle on the transformer.problem.At the same time,the working mode of the LCC converter resonant cavity is analyzed in detail.On this basis,the condition of the constant current characteristic of the LCC converter is derived,and the constant current working process is described mathematically.Through the method of comparison and comparison,the optimal value range of the quality factor and the series-parallel capacitance ratio is determined.Next,the parameter design of the two-stage circuit topology is carried out.The influence of the distribution parameters on the high-frequency transformer and the suppression measures are deeply analyzed,and the optimal design method of the transformer is given.Based on the mathematical description of the constant current characteristics of the LCC converter,a design method of resonance parameters is proposed.According to its mathematical relationship with the fundamental wave method,further optimization is made.The optimized parameter design method has both accuracy and rapidity.Features.Finally,according to the design parameters,the cascaded current-mode LCC resonant converter is simulated by Saber software.The simulation results verify the correctness of the optimized parameter design method.The experimental platform of the prototype is built,and the LCC resonant circuit realizes the soft switching and constant current characteristics,which further verifies the adaptability of the current-type LCC resonant converter to the soot purification power supply.
