The Yangtze River,from Shuifu in Yunnan to the Yangtze Estuary,is an important support for the comprehensive transport corridor of the Yangtze River economic zone,and the core of the national comprehensive transport system of the Yangtze River transport corridor,and also the focus of the development and construction of the national inland waterway transportation.As we all know,the ship of the Yangtze River presents the trend of large-scale and standardized,but the "obstruction" problem of the middle of Yangtze River is becoming increasingly prominent.The construction plan of artificial waterway of Yangtze River is proposed.The artificial waterway of Yangtze River is located in the area from Zhicheng to Paizhouwan,Hubei Province.Its total length is about 230 km.It is a restricted waterway with inclined bank.The maneuvering safety of ten thousand tons ship is particularly important.At present,the research results on ship maneuverability in restricted water were mainly based on the adaptation of ships to the established channel conditions,and that kind of method did little research on the mutual influence between the ship and the channel.Therefore,based on the coordination between ten thousand tons ship and artificial waterway of Yangtze River,this paper adopted the research method of combining model test and simulation.According to the characteristics of artificial waterway of Yangtze River and the ten thousand tons ship,the maneuverability of ten thousand tons ship in artificial waterway of Yangtze River was studied.Finally,the technical requirements for the safety of ship maneuvering in artificial waterway of Yangtze River were put forward,which provided the technical support for the ship and waterway design department.Firstly,the research purpose,significance and research status at home and abroad were described,and to lay a foundation for the follow-up study.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of the maneuvering safety of ten thousand tons ship in artificial waterway of Yangtze River,and the main influencing parameters of the maneuvering safety of ships are determined.The mathematical model of maneuvering of ten thousand tons ship was established by using MMG model,which was verified by typical ship model tests.In addition,the Fuzzy-PID control of ten thousand tons ship was established,which was verified by the simulation of ship course and trajectory control model.Then,a ten thousand tons ship maneuvering simulation model of artificial waterway of Yangtze River was developed to study the effects of ship offshore distance,ship speed and channel slope ratio on ship maneuvering,and the course control model was used to restrain the bank effect.The influence of the bending radius,the center angle of the bend,ship speed and channel slope ratio on the ship navigation width were studied.Finally,based on the above research results,the formulas of minimum collision distance and the widening of the bend was regressed,and the technical requirements for the maneuvering safety of ten thousand tons ship in artificial waterway of Yangtze River were proposed,taking into account the comprehensive performance of ships and the waterway construction.
