Harmonic reducer is widely used in aerospace,rockets,missiles,nuclear submarines,robots and other equipment because of its superior performance.With the application of harmonic reducer in all kinds of high precision equipment,higher requirements are put forward for the transmission accuracy and reliability of harmonic reducer.As an important existence that cannot be ignored in the mechanical field,wear has always been concerned by researchers.However,in the field of wear research of harmonic reducer,most of the research on wear of harmonic reducer is based on experimental research.Furthermore,in the field of reliability analysis of harmonic reducer,there are few researches on the transmission accuracy reliability of harmonic reducer based on the mechanism of transmission accuracy failure.This paper starts with the establishment of the equivalent analysis model of harmonic reducer under mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication,studies the wear mechanism of harmonic reducer under the lubrication condition,through the study of the wear mechanism,establishes the transmission error model considering the wear of harmonic reducer,and then establishes the reliability analysis model of transmission accuracy based on the transmission error model.The research work of this paper mainly includes:(1)Research the influence of the manufacturing and installation error,load,temperature,input speed of harmonic reducer on the lubrication state of harmonic reducer.The equivalent mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication model considering the manufacturing and installation errors of harmonic reducer is studied.Based on the mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory,the contact load ratio between the two rough contact surfaces is obtained by numerical analysis.(2)To solve the problem that the solution time of mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication is too long,the surrogate model is proposed to solve this problem.The prediction performance and construction efficiency of the neural network surrogate model based on whale optimization algorithm,Kriging surrogate model and Co-Kriging surrogate model are compared and researched.The research provides a reference for the selection of the type and the construction of contact load ratio surrogate model.(3)Based on the contact load ratio surrogate model,an improved harmonic reducer wear model is constructed,and the contact load ratio is converted into wear rate successfully.Wear is introduced into the calculation of transmission error of harmonic reducer,and an improved transmission error calculation model is obtained.Based on the transmission error model,the transmission accuracy reliability model of harmonic reducer is established,and the reliability of harmonic reducer with different cumulative working time is calculated.
