Since the invention of the generator,electrical energy has played a vital role in people's lives.With the development of traditional wired electrical energy transmission,people have gradually turned their attention to wireless power transmission technology.At present,the wireless power transmission technology of fixed load has become mature,such as wireless charging toothbrushes and wireless charging mobile phone products have come out,but the wireless power transmission technology for mobile loads is still in the exploration stage.If we want to truly realize wireless power transmission,research on mobile loads is essential.This topic is derived from the UESTC-SMC international cooperation research project.Based on the current wireless power transmission technology of fixed load,this paper focuses on the phenomenon of detuning with axial moving load,and aims to explore a dynamic tuning technology for axial moving load.This technology will be used to axially moving loads to make their transmission characteristics better.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the theory of equivalent circuit theory,a mathematical model of the transmission efficiency of a four-coil structure coupling system is established,and the resonance frequency is analyzed,including the inherent parameters of the coupling system and the influence of the axial movement distance on it.(2)The HFSS simulation software is used to compare and analyze the planar structure coil and the space structure coil,and the coil structure suitable for the axial movement of the load is selected.A simulation model of the axial movement of the coupling system was established,and the influence of the coil parameters on the axial movable distance and the influence of the load axial movement on the transmission efficiency of the coupling system were analyzed.(3)Two commonly used tuning strategies are introduced,and joint simulations are performed using HFSS and ADS.Established and analyzed the simulation model of five compensation methods with two tuning strategies for the system studied in this paper.Provides a reference for the selection of tuning strategy.(4)Based on the research results of tuning strategies,a dynamic tuning strategy for axial moving loads suitable for this system is designed,including the design of hardware circuits and software.In the hardware design,a suitable chip is selected according to the requirements of this article.In the software design,a frequency conversion algorithm directly related to the axial movement distance and the resonance frequency is proposed.(5)A resonant wireless energy transmission technology experimental platform for axial moving loads was set up.Power supply coils and hardware circuits were tested,and a manufacturing method was proposed to make PCB coils closer to the simulation effect.The load axial movement experiments were carried out on the system without using dynamic tuning technology and using dynamic tuning technology.The axial movable distance and transmission efficiency of the two cases were compared and analyzed.
