In recent years,with the development of 5G and other wireless communication tech-nologies,as well as the growing demand for entertainment diversity and life convenience,the Internet of vehicles has become a new technology and business focus.Different from the traditional Internet and other industries,the Internet of vehicles is closely related to the safety of life and property privacy of drivers and other participants in road traffic,as well as the safety of social public property.so,it becomes very important to ensure the communication safety of the Internet of vehicles.This paper starts with V2 X communication security technology of the Internet of ve-hicles,and studies the existing means of identity authentication and privacy protection.Then combined with v2 x communication scenario,the security threats in communica-tion are analyzed.Finally,a PKI authentication system with pseudonym mechanism is designed and implemented to provide access authentication and anonymous protection for entities in v2 x communication.In the design and implementation of PKI authentica-tion system,the existing national standards are fully considered,and the certificate for-mat,certificate management mode and the whole communication authentication process suitable for v2 x communication authentication are designed and improved.Compared with the traditional secure communication technology,the v2 x communication under the PKI authentication system has the advantages of simple authentication process,efficient communication efficiency and good anonymity.In addition,based on the analysis of the advantage and security risks of pseudonym,this paper studies the shortcomings of common pseudonym changing strategies,designs and implements a calculation method of pseudonym changing interval combining internal and external factors of vehicles,and implements pseudonym changing in combination with specific scenarios such as signal in-tersection and parking lot,giving full play to the privacy protection effect of pseudonym.Finally,this paper builds a test environment based on Linux system to test the func-tions of PKI authentication system in all aspects.The results show that its functions meet the expected requirements.At the same time,the security of PKI authentication system and pseudonym mechanism is analyzed,and its security is demonstrated.
