Vibration is a kind of environmental influence factor,and its effect may have certain influence on the reliability of some switchgear products.AC contactor is a widely used switchgear,and in recent years,with the development of some new power equipment such as wind turbines,the contactors used in a vibration environment for a long time.So it is significant to study the influence of vibration environment on the reliability of AC contactor.Both dynamic response and electrical life are the important performance indices to reflect the reliability of AC contactor,and the analysis and study of the two indices in the vibration environment are carried out.Firstly,the dynamic characteristics and performance degradation parameters of the typical electromagnetic AC contactor are analyzed.The contact pressure test method is introduced to describe the bounce of the contact system in the vibration environment more clearly.Compared with the traditional methods such as DC circuit,more comprehensive and detailed bounce information of the contact pressure signal can be given,and it becomes easy to study the dynamic process of the contact system in-depth in the vibration environment.Secondly,the test platform of AC contactor is designed and completed,including dynamic characteristic test system and electric life test system.Combined with the vibration system,the dynamic response parameters and performance degradation parameters of AC contactor can be measured under the vibration environment of AC contactor,so this provides a hardware platform for dynamic response characteristic evaluation and electric life analysis research.Thirdly,several parameters are selected to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the AC contactor to fully reflect the influence of the vibration environment on the dynamic response characteristics.And the comparative tests under different vibration environment are carried out,and the influence of vibration on the dynamic performance parameters of AC contactor is analyzed.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with AHP-entropy weight method is introduced,and the dynamic parameters are synthesized as an evaluation indice to analyze the influence of different vibration environment on the overall dynamic characteristics of contactor.And the uncertain phenomena of dynamic response under different vibration frequencies are analyzed.Finally,the electric life test of the AC contactor under certain vibration environment is carried out,and it is found that contactors failure in vibration environment prior to nonvibration environment.On this basis,the degradation parameter data of the life test is extracted,and the performance degradation law of each parameter is obtained by using the wavelet denoising analysis.By contrast,it is found that the vibration environment has a great influence on some performance degradation parameters of contactor,and to some extent,it leads to the premature failure of contactors.The above content provides a preliminary test basis and test data support for studying the influence of vibration environment on the life of contactor.
