Research On The Design Strategy Of Health Management Service For Community Home-based Elderly Care

The number of the elderly population in China is increasing year by year,and the degree of aging is increasing.Nowadays,the function of traditional home-based care is gradually weakened,and institutional care cannot really meet the real needs of the elderly.According to the author's investigation,almost over 60 years old people have at least one or more chronic non infectious diseases.Therefore,based on the perspective of service design,using the theory and method of service design,this paper analyzes the current health management services of community home-based elderly care,sorts out the main problems of current health management services,and puts forward design strategies to optimize the elderly health management service process to meet the full range of health needs of the elderly.First of all,this topic makes a deep research on the concept and current situation of the health management service of community home-based elderly care,and expounds the basic theory of service design and the analysis of the target group,so as to provide a solid theoretical basis for the follow-up research.Secondly,using the thinking methods and tools of service design,this paper conducts in-depth research on the elderly and relevant stakeholders who choose community home-based elderly care.In the field survey,questionnaire and in-depth interview can be used to preliminarily understand the pain points and needs of the elderly in the health management of community home-based elderly care.Tools such as user portrait and user journey map can further comb the scene,build the service blueprint and find the design entry point.Finally,the author puts forward the design strategy of health management service system for community home-based elderly care.Taking advantage of the convenience of the Internet,reshape the service process,solve the service pain points,meet the real needs of the elderly and relevant stakeholders,and provide more reasonable and comfortable health management services for the elderly living in the community.
