Study On The Design Of Community Health Service Center Under The Mode Of Combining Medical Care And Rehabilitation

With the deepening of the aging in our country,the problem of disabled,semi-disabled old people's medical care and life care and other needs are highlighted.Existing pension institutions based on life-care has been unable to meet the current old people's needs.Community health service center is a medical and health service institutes where residents can accept basic medical services and public health services at first time.After many years of construction,it has formed a good service network.The shortage of the existing pension facilities and the uneven spatial distribution,functional configuration is incomplete,not professional services and other issues are the main reasons why it can not meet the needs of the elderly.The pension model of medical-nursing combined institutional care has become the result of a variety of factors.The old people can enjoy professional medical care and life care at the same time in this mode.It is the goal and significance of this paper that how to provide the carrier for the pension model of medical-nursing combined institutional care at the architectural level and provide theoretical support for the new design of old-age space.Firstly,this article makes a overview of the grass-roots health service building at home and abroad through literature research,attempt to analyzes and summarizes the pension model of medical-nursing combined institutional care from the service content and object and to provide reference for Suzhou community health service center.Secondly,seven community health service centers in Suzhou were selected as the objects of study for field research to finds the insufficiency of construction status.Starting from the medical and nursing needs of the elderly in Suzhou to make a questionnaire survey and interviews to the elderly in Suzhou,attempt to understand their ideas and needs for the future architectural design of community health service centers.According to the survey above,the article puts forward three kinds of development models of the pension model of medical-nursing combined institutional care,and tries to put forward some corresponding architectural design suggestions to the community health service center of three different modes from the aspects of site selection,overall layout,functional configuration,streamline and space.
