In recent years,the scale of non-ferrous metal production in Jinchuan Group Company has been expanding,the power supply and distribution network of the enterprise has been expanding gradually,and the power quality requirements have become higher and higher.Large-scale non-linear electrical equipment has been added to the power consumption system,resulting in a large number of harmonic currents in the system.On the one hand,it will affect the normal operation of the power system,on the other hand,it can not guarantee the normal operation of the production process It will bring huge economic losses.Based on the harmonic control project of power plant power supply system of the company,this paper takes the hybrid active power filter(Shunt Hybrid Active Power Filter,SHAPF)as the research object,aiming at improving the power quality of the power grid,effectively reducing the harmonic current in the power supply network,and ensuring the safe,efficient and stable operation of the system,studies the structural composition,detection algorithm and comprehensive design of SHAPF.This paper focuses on an improved windowed interpolation DFT algorithm.By using the good sidelobe suppression performance of windowed algorithm and the correction function of interpolation function,the operation time is greatly reduced and the detection accuracy is improved.The system parameters are designed based on multi-objective genetic algorithm,which makes the system design more reasonable and economic.After analyzing the shortcomings of common passive and active power filters,an improved SHAPF structure is proposed.The system structure and working principle are described in detail,and a mathematical model is established for analysis.Based on the analysis of the current situation of detection algorithm research,this paper expounds the traditional DFT algorithm and the detection algorithm with five Rife Vincent(I)windows,analyzes the shortcomings of the two algorithms,introduces the cubic spline function while making up the shortcomings,and then deduces the cubic spline function of each space,substituting the frequency deviation value calculated by the amplitude ratio interpolation into the correction function,using MATLAB According to the simulation results,the effectiveness of the improved algorithm is obtained.Then a multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to design the parameters of passive power filter.Combined with cost and reactive power compensation,LC parameters are more reasonable.The passive circuit can not only show low impedance characteristics for a certain harmonic current,but also has the function of reactive power compensation.Then,the main circuit and circuit parameters of SHAPF are designed and applied in the power plant power supply system of Jinchuan company.Through the actual measurement and analysis,it can be concluded that the SHAPF active power filter has achieved good governance effect in the harmonic governance of power grid.The main 5th and 7th harmonic current content is greatly reduced,which makes the total harmonic current and voltage distortion rate effectively controlled,in line with the National regulations on harmonic limits.
