Wind energy is a clean and renewable energy source that is inexhaustible.Among all renewable energy utilization technologies,wind power g eneration technology is the most mature,most large-scale development and commercial development prospect,and vigorously developing wind power has become the consensus of the global society.At the same time,some problems have arisen in the rapid develop ment of wind power technology.Scientific and accurate evaluation of the operational performance of power grids containing wind farms is not only conducive to the rational distribution and priority dispatching of electrical energy,but also of great signif icance to improving the level of wind power consumption and the economics of grid planning.Firstly,this thesis studies the current situation of wind power generation and the level of wind power consumption,that is,the rapid development of wind power,t he uneven distribution of wind energy resources and the low level of wind power consumption in the "Three North" regions.On the basis of in-depth analysis and discussion of the theoretical research on grid operation performance evaluation methods including wind farms at home and abroad,the current problems and deficiencies in grid evaluation are summarized,and the principles of scientific index system construction are followed,from safety,The four dimensions of reliability,utilization rate and economy construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of the power grid,and explain the meaning and calculation method of each index.Secondly,the correlation analysis of the indicators is carried out,the indicators with strong correlation are selected,the number of indicators is reduced,and a simplified indicator system is constructed to reduce the difficulty of data collection and the complexity of the model network.And use the combination weighting method to weight indicators.The advantages and disadvantages of the two mainstream index weighting methods(analytic hierarchy process and entropy weighting method)are analyzed,and a combined weighting method based on the combination of subjective and objective is proposed to weight each index.Finally,comparing a variety of comprehensive evaluation methods,a TS fuzzy neural network comprehensive evaluation model based on the combination of fuzzy theory and BP neural network is constructed,and the training data is used to train the model’s convergence performance.The training results show that the model not only has good convergence performance,but also During the training process,the membership function is also adjusted to verify the self-learning ability of the fuzzy neural network.Using the test data to test the accuracy of the fuzzy neural network and BP neural network evaluation models,the results prove that the fuzzy neural network evaluation results are more accurate.Subsequently,the fuzzy neural network evaluation model was used to evaluate and analyze the operation status of power grids in three cities in Gansu Province.
