With the continuous development of the national economy and science technology, people have more and more dependence on the electric power. The demand for electric power is also growing. Electricity market is often in short supply. In order to solve the embarrassing situation of existing national power shortage, our country has increased investment in the construction of electric power industry. Apparently reasonable planning of power grid is essential for power grid construction. A set of reasonable planning scheme can maximally guarantee resources not being wasted and can also bring huge economic benefits to power grid enterprises. The scheme not only guarantees the electricity output from generation side, but also can ensure the reasonable transmission of power in the transmission side and distribution side. The power loss is minimal. The power supply is reliable and can meet the needs of users. So in the power grid planning, we should fully consider the coordination of power grid in the three sides of generation, transmission and distribution. Therefore, judging whether the planning scheme is reasonable and the usability and practicability of the scheme is the research content of this paper, namely, comprehensive evaluation of multilevel coordination of power grid planning. In the evaluation process, the establishment of a reasonable index system is the basis of the evaluation. The computation and comprehensive evaluation of index weight is the core content of this paper.This paper first briefly describes the important role of power grid planning in the power system construction, which leads to the necessity and importance of comprehensive evaluation of power grid planning. We summarize the research at home and abroad on the comprehensive evaluation of power grid planning. Then taking the indexes of safety, reliability and economy which are all important to the generation side, transmission side and distribution side into consideration, we constructs a relatively perfect and reasonable index system of comprehensive evaluation of the power grid planning and analyze the specific content of various indicators at length. We respectively use subjective evaluation based on AHP method and objective evaluation based on entropy weight TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the planning scheme. Further, this paper applies C++ to develop MFC interface, and then combined with the two sets of planning data, conducts the objective and subjective assessment respectively. The results prove the feasibility of the system.
