With the rapid development of the industry,it has become a consensus that the manufacturing system is developing in the direction of complexity,integration and intelligence.Multi-unit parallel systems are widely used in manufacturing,transportation,warehousing and communications industries due to their high efficiency and flexibility.The reliability of the multi-unit parallel system directly affects the quality of the product and the benefits of the enterprise.Making a reasonable preventive maintenance policy can effectively improve the reliability of the system and ensure that the system runs efficiently and safely.Even so,the excess maintenance and the shortage of maintenance happen occasionally.The shortage of repairmen and standby units will cause system downtime and bring economic losses.Excessive repairmen and standby units will cause waste of resources and economic losses.The optimization of maintenance resource allocation is particularly important.Therefore,this paper takes the multi-unit parallel system as research object,and aims at the modeling and joint optimization of maintenance policy and the maintenance resource allocation from the following aspects:(1)This paper aims at two-unit diverse cold standby parallel system with one repairman.Considering the influence of random factors such as production planning and maintenance capacity on the maintenance policy and the economic losses caused by downtime,a quasi-periodic preventive maintenance policy is used to analyze the system's maintenance process.The long-term running reward rate model of system is established,and the optimal maintenance policy with the goal of minimizing the reward rate is obtained.As for a certain type of air conditioner,the modeling and optimization process of the maintenance policy model is explained,and the sensitivity analysis of important parameters affecting the optimal policy is performed.(2)The paper expands a two-unit diverse cold standby parallel system with one repairman to a multi-unit parallel system with multiple repairmen and multiple standby units.In order to reduce the economic loss of the system caused by downtime and unreasonable configuration of maintenance resources,this multi-unit parallel system is taken as the research object,and the preventive maintenance policy of the system and allocation of maintenance resources are considered jointly.The long-term operating cost rate model of the system is obtained,and the optimal preventive maintenance policy,the number of repairmen and standby units that minimize the cost rate are obtained.The numerical case is used to illustrate the modeling and optimization process of the system,and the influence of system parameters on the optimal policy is obtained through sensitivity analysis.It is found that the joint optimization of the maintenance policy and the maintenance resource allocation of a multi-unit parallel system can be better to balance the phenomenon of uneven maintenance,reduce the maintenance cost and improve the reliability and economy of the system.
