The hydraulic system plays an important role in the field of engineering machinery.As a core component of the hydraulic system,the performance of the hydraulic components determines the work of the whole hydraulic system.Because of its high speed and large displacement,the axial piston pump has become an important component of the hydraulic power components.The improvement of the working efficiency of the hydraulic system is inseparable from the improvement of the design of the power components.As a new type of axial pump,the floating cup axial piston pump has a mirror symmetric structure.There are two pairs of valve plate of the floating cup pump,which has twice pistons compared to traditional pump.The particularity of the structure design reduces the flow pulsation,but the increased friction pair puts forward a higher requirement to friction lubrication of valve plate.The existing research shows that the surface texture technology can improve the lubrication condition of the friction pair.In this paper,from the perspective of bionics,the surface texture technology is introduced into the research of the valve plate of the floating cup pump.From the bearing capacity of the upper surface of oil film,friction characteristics,and the temperature rise of the texture surface,the influence of the textured surface on the lubrication and friction of the valve plate of the floating cup pump is analyzed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter,the structural characteristics and main advantages of the floating cup axial piston pump are briefly introduced,and the research status of the floating cup pump at home and abroad is introduced;the concept of bionics is introduced for the double vale plates structure of the floating cup pump,and the application,research results of the surface texture technology at home and abroad are introduced.In the second chapter,by solving the Reynolds equation,the formation mechanism of the pressure on the textured surface is analyzed theoretically.The five-point difference method is used to program the pressure control equation in MATLAB,and the pressure distribution law of the oil film surface with five different pit shapes is obtained.In the third chapter,the flow field analysis software Fluent is used to analyze the bearing capacity of the textured surface,Taking the six-pit lubricating oil film model of textured valve plate as the research object,the influence of pit shape,oil film thickness,rotation speed,area ratio and depth diameter ratio on oil film bearing capacity were analyzed by orthogonal design experiment.The dynamic lubrication mechanism of oil film on textured surface,the weight sequence of the influence of five coupling factors on oil film bearing capacity and the best orthogonal combination of oil film bearing capacity were obtained The design of textured distribution pair of pump provides reference.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the synergistic effect of micro texture pits,three kinds of fan-shaped micro pit models are established.The influence of the synergistic effect of pits on the oil film bearing capacity is analyzed from the pressure cloud chart and pressure curve,and the effect of rotation speed and area ratio on the synergistic effect of the pits on the texture surface is obtained.In the fifth chapter,based on the transient analysis module of the finite element analysis software Workbench,a simplified model of the rotary friction of the textured valve plate is established.The stress values at key points of the upper test pieces are taken as the research objects,and the effects of the texture shape,area ratio,depth diameter ratio,working load and rotation speed on the surface friction characteristics of the valve plate are analyzed,and the temperature rise of the key points of the upper test piece in the rotary friction is taken as the the analysis object,the change rule of the temperature of the key points of the textured surface with different pit shape with time were obtained.
