In recent years,induction heating power has been widely used in industrial and consumer fields due to its advantages of high efficiency,safety,cleanliness and compact size.With the development of power electronics technology and devices,induction heating power sources are increasingly moving towards high frequency,high efficiency,high energy density,large capacity,and intelligence.Aiming at the problem of low-frequency interference noise caused by the inconsistent operating frequencies of the power modules of the multi-resonator series resonant induction heating power supply,the paper discusses in depth the constant-frequency power control strategy of the multi-resonator series resonant induction heating power supply.The temperature distribution of the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)and its heat sink under this power regulation strategy are studied and analyzed.Firstly,the main circuit topology and power regulation scheme of the induction heating power supply are summarized and analyzed.By comparing the topology of the series and parallel inverters,and according to actual needs,a series resonant inverter is selected as the main circuit topology of the induction heating power supply.In order to better implement the constant frequency power regulation strategy,the inverter side power regulation is selected as the power regulation method of the induction heating power supply.Secondly,the principle,switching mode and output power characteristics of the Asymmetrical Voltage-Cancellation(AVC)power adjustment method are analyzed.Aiming at the shortcomings of its power adjustment range,which cannot be applied to light loads,a pulse-based An asymmetric voltage cancellation based on pulse density modulation(PDM-AVC)hybrid power modulation strategy was analyzed for its principle,switching mode,and output power characteristics,and simulation experiments were performed to verify the results.Finally,according to the constant frequency power regulation strategy,the power loss of the IGBT module under this strategy is analyzed and calculated,and the temperature distribution of the IGBT and its heat dissipation system under this constant frequency power regulation strategy is obtained through simulation.
