As the core device of new generation energy Internet,the power router,which integrates power electronics and communication technology,is a power device that realizes efficient conversion,storage,and utilization of power between various distributed power sources,energy storage devices and loads.Energy scheduling within and between power routers is an important subject for studying power routers.In this paper,a dual active bridge(DAB)bidirectional DC-DC converter with a compensation line is proposed as a device for power transmission in view of the power dispatching problem between power router buses.Furthermore,a on-time debugging system is designed to read and modify the key variables of the converter control program,to achieve the purpose of adjusting the working state of the converter in real time as needed.First,this article analyzes the basic architecture and design principle of the ontime debugging system,introduces the design principle of the debugger,and briefly describes the communication methods between the host computer,the debugger,and the digital control chip.Secondly,the topology of the DAB converter is analyzed,and the working principle of the converter under single-phase-shift and dual-phase-shift control is introduced.The transmission power,return power,current stress and soft switching process of the power switch are analyzed and compared in the two control modes.Then,through circuit simulation,first verify the feasibility of the two control methods,and then compare the working performance of the circuit after adding the compensation line.Finally,an experimental prototype is designed to verify the consistency of the working process of the converter before and after the compensation line is added.It is confirmed through experiments that the DAB converter with the compensation line can efficiently transmit power.
