The essence of military meteorological and hydrological information sharing and application is the communication guarantee of data resources.Data transmission involves the construction of communication network system and the development of transmission strategy.However,the demand for information types and information dissemination range are very different to users,and the channel resources are limited.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out scientific planning of communication resources.The construction for the multicast system should be reasonably considered including the temporal and spatial characteristics of the transmitted data.Meanwhile,it provides theoretical and technical support for the intelligent dispatching of meteorological and hydrological systems.Firstly,according to the transmission and sharing requirements of the new generation of meteorological and hydrological information,this paper studies the BLL(Business Logic Layer)multicast architecture,proposes a conceptual model based on the BLL(Business Logic Layer)multicast system.Based on the unified coverage of the network modeling,this paper achieves formal and standardized description of the BLL(Business Logic Layer)host communication technology and multicast mechanism.This paper describes the relationship between the intelligent multicast scheduling and the data transmission characteristics,which can be viewed as a key factor to the transmission system.Secondly,this paper comprehensively studies the feature extraction,storage and matching technology of meteorological and hydrological data transmission.Based on the analysis of meteorological and hydrological data transmission elements,the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of each element of data transmission are analyzed,and a unified resource description model of data,channel and node based on multicast system is proposed.Based on the unified description of the meta-data database storage technology,the database structure is designed according to the data,channels,nodes and their relationships between the characteristics of data transmission elements.According to the feature extraction of meteorological and hydrological data transmission,a feature query and reasoning technique based on meteorological hydrological data transmission elements is proposed,which provides optimal constraint condition of information feature for multicast system scheduling strategy.Finally,the prototype of the system is designed in the experimental environment,and the feature extraction and matching scheme of the meteorological hydrological data is verified.The research results of this paper can provide technical reference for the establishment and improvement of the meteorological hydrological data transmission feature database,and then provide a more complete theoretical basis and technical support for the intelligent multicast system and its scheduling strategy.
