The subject comes from a missile test project.In order to collect missile each channel data during the flight,recovery and analysis data at the end of the test,the article designed a multichannel data acquisition system to implement monitoring flight status.Based on technical index,combined with present research state and fully considered the practical application requirement,the article put forward the general design,and focus on expound hardware design and logical analysis.During the designing system,researchers use structured and top-down design ideas.According to the problems of small size and adverse circumstances in the filed,the data acquisition system adopted FPGA of Spartan-6 series as the main control chip.In order to design a small system,a multiplexer is used in the acquisition of multiple analog channels,and 16 analog signals can be sampled by only one piece of AD.The system realize high speed and stable data storage based on logic control of NAND FLASH by FPGA.In order to achieve the precise and high speed transmission of data,Gigabit Ethernet is used to realize the instruction and data transmission with the host computer.The article highlighted the hardware design of each function module in the system,including the logic control scheme of FPGA,the ECC(Error Checking and Correcting)designed in FLASH storage,and the Ethernet CRC calibration logic.The performance of the data acquisition system is tested and verified by the computer application program,FPGA simulation software,and the software of data capture.Finally,the design of multichannel data acquisition system is completed.The test results show that the multichannel data acquisition system works normally,and the sampling accuracy of the analog signal reached 0.1%.It can accurately collect data for each channel.There is no frame loss in the data transmission of each digital channel,and the data store records are unmistakable.In the process of uploading data and issuing instructions,there is no data frame is miss.Therefore,the system meet the transmission requirements and have relatively high popularizing use-value.
