Water is an indispensable resource for people's life and social development.How to produce high-quality water efficiently is crucial.In the water production process of modern water plants,filter filtration and filter backwashing are two key links.This thesis focuses on the research and design of filtration and backwashing systems for water production processes.In order to make the filter work as efficiently and stably as possible,it is necessary to backwash at the right time,so design a smart filter control system.In order to ensure that the filter can stabilize the constant-speed filtration,it must be ensured that the total head loss of the filtered water remains unchanged.Based on the specific requirements of the water production conditions of th e Nantai Lake Water Plant in Changsha,the experimental method is used to analyze and calculate the head loss of the filter layer,establish a mathematical model of the filter head loss,and then analyze the resistance characteristics of the filter outlet valve and The mathematical model of head loss.Based on the intrinsic relationship between the two,this thesis illustrates the rationality of constant velocity filtering by regulating valve opening.The optimal conditions for starting the filter backwashing and the start-up time point are essential in terms of energy saving and convenient water supply.This thesis proposes an intelligent control based on the maximum filtration time,comprehensive consideration of filter liquid level,pre-filtered and post-filtration turbidity,residential water peak period and clear water storage capacity to optimize the backwashing start condition and determine the start time of flushing.Strategy,designed with intelligent filter filtration backwash control system.The intelligent control strategy and control system can maximize the production capacity of the filter,and at the same time protect the normal water consumption of the residents,and overcome the shortcomings of the traditional single-use maximum filtration time control backwashing strategy.Then,the control circuit of the PLC system based on PLC programmable logic controller is designed,and the selection of system hardware equipment is completed.According to the filter production process,the main PLC control program section of the intelligent filter control system is introduced.At the end of this thesis,the implementation process of the filter production process in the Wincc configuration environment is highlighted.It mainly includes project development interface design,filter operation interface design,and filter state interface design.According to the monitoring and process requirements,the system parameter setting,operation authority,production data record and so on are explained.
