With the continuous improvement of energy-saving standards in various places,the energy-saving requirements for external windows are becoming more stringent.Traditional sliding windows have been restricted or even banned in some areas due to poor air tightness and poor thermal performance.However,the sliding window has many advantages such as easy opening,wide field of vision,and no occupation of indoor space.It is widely loved and widely used in various buildings.It is not advisable to restrict or even prohibit the use of the sliding window.Therefore,in order to prevent the sliding window from being eliminated,it is becoming more and more urgent to make research that meets the requirements of current energy-saving standards and even higher requirements in the future.However,at present,there are relatively few studies on sliding windows in China,and the technical system is not perfect.It has very practical significance for the design and research of high-performance sliding windows.This paper firstly reviews the current research status of sliding windows at home and abroad,and then investigates and analyzes the current situation of exterior windows of door and window manufacturers and residential buildings in Hunan,and summarizes their existing problems.After that,the DeST professional energy consumption software was used to simulate the research case,and the simulation results were evaluated according to the 65% energy-saving design standard of Hunan Province.Through the comparative analysis of the simulation results,the research direction of the sliding window was determined,and the research focus and Difficulties,the analysis summarizes the general idea of ? ? the performance improvement research of aluminum alloy sliding window based on Hunan climate.Under the guidance of this idea,the energy-saving design optimization of the case sliding window was carried out.By using the thermal simulation software THERM and WINDOW to simulate and compare the simulated aluminum alloy sliding window before and after optimization,a set of aluminum alloy based on Hunan climate was summarized.Push-pull window performance improvement design points.Finally,a scheme for improving the performance of aluminum alloy sliding window based on Hunan climate is proposed.At the same time,the simulation of the scheme is carried out.The results show that the effect is in line with expectations.The final conclusion is as follows: Through the reasonable technical means,theoptimal design of the traditional sliding window of the case can meet the energy-saving design requirements of the sliding window in the country and Hunan;by improving the structure of the sliding window closing structure and adopting the sealing strip to replace the traditional top.The airtightness of the sliding window is effectively improved;the material and structure of the sliding window cover are improved,and the fit between the sashes is optimized,which not only improves the airtightness but also makes the heat transfer coefficient value obvious.The reduction of thermal performance can also be achieved by improving the cross-sectional structure and reducing the amount of conduction heat transfer. |
