With the rapid development of social economy, industrialization and urbanization,the improvement of people’s living standard, the improvement of comfort requirements of the living environment, the increasement of the types of use of energy, conventional energy resources have dried up, and it has been a serious threat to the national energy security and economic sustainable development. And the new development of unconventional energy is difficult to alleviate the current energy problems in the short term, because of various reasons.Further improve the construction energy conservation is an effective way to alleviate the current energy issues. Since the early 1980 s in China, improving building energy efficiency has been in stages, the next stage of energy saving of 30% on the basis of the front stage.From 1986 to 1995 is the first stage of the building energy conservation in our country, our country has established the first building energy efficiency design standard "civil architecture heat engineering design regulation" JGJ24-86, its basic goal is to save the heating energy consumption 30% on the basis of local residential universal design during 1980 and 1981. So far, the national building energy efficiency has been basically achieved the third stage, energy saving 65%, parts of the city have take the lead in implementing the fourth stage of 75% energy saving target.Xi’an, an ancient capital in China, One of the seven big regional central city. In 2007 the implementation of energy saving 65% standard has been for eight years ago, during those eight years, insulation materials, the design level and urban economy have improved significantly.This article is based on the national energy-saving trend and situation of economy and technology in Xi’an, trying to find the Xi’an high residential energy saving 65% to 75% technical feasibility.Based on the typical high-rise residential buildings, in the case of meet building codes list, by changing representation of high-rise layer parameters such as wall, story height, window wall area ratio, the paper studied their relationship with building energy consumption, put forward some suggestions for building energy-saving design.According to Xi’an area high-rise residential building energy saving 75% of building heating heat consumption index, push the limits on heat transfer coefficient of enclosure structure, and 75% energy calibration. Then according to the limit, on the basis of the existing energy-saving construction practices in Xi’an region, the Xi’an area residential building energy saving 75% is put forward feasible technical system. According to the new technology system, evaluate the Xi ’an area residential building energy saving 75% economic benefits.Through the research of the Xi ’an area residential building energy saving 75%, come to Xi’an area of building energy conservation design standard of the relevant parameters and technical feasibility.
