The pantograph plays a very important role in ensuring the efficient receiving current and normal operation of high-speed trains.It is of great significance to study the influence of various internal and environmental factors on the dynamic performance of the pantograph-catenary system and promote the research and development of high performance high-speed pantographs.At present,the research on the influence of pantograph pneumatic drive system characteristics on pantograph dynamic performance is not sufficient.Therefore,this paper takes it as the theme and carries out the following research work:(1)Based on the study of the characteristics of the components of the pantograph pneumatic drive system,a method of dividing virtual containers to establish the mathematical model of the pantograph pneumatic drive system was proposed.Based on this method,the mathematic model of the pantograph pneumatic drive system is established.The model considers the influence of various components of the pneumatic drive system on the system,and integrates the different working modes of the sys tem into a whole,forming a precise and concise mathematical model of the pneumatic drive system.(2)Based on the research of the pantograph-catenary system,the mathematical model is established,and the mathematical model of the pneumatic drive system is integrated with the mathematical model of the pantograph-catenary system according to the power transfer relationship,the mathematical model of the whole pneumatic drive-pantograph-catenary system is formed.And the Matlab/Simulink simulation model is established based on the mathematical model.(3)The influence of pneumatic drive system and its characteristic parameters on pantograph dynamics was analyzed in a comprehensive and detailed simulation study,and the research conclusions obtained are of reference value for the optimization design of pantograph pneumatic drive system and the improvement of pantograph dynamic performance.
