The distribution network is an important infrastructure directly facing the users in the entire power system.Its safe and economic operation is directly related to the stable development of the entire social economy.In recent years,the power consumption has increased year by year,the distribution network structure has become more and more complex,and the requirements for power quality of users have been continuously improved.Therefore,the optimization and reconstruction of the distribution network is used to improve the safety,reliability and economy of the distribution network.Important means play an increasingly important role in the field of distribution network optimization.The main function of the distribution network optimization and reconstruction is to optimize the operation status of the entire distribution network,reduce the power loss of the distribution network,and effectively improve the economic benefits of the power supply enterprise.Distribution network optimization and reconstruction problems are mainly divided into two categories: distribution network optimization and reconstruction in normal operation and distribution network optimization and reconstruction in fault recovery.When the distribution network is in normal operation,the optimized reconfiguration of the distribution network can maximize the line load,reduce the network loss,and improve the power quality.When the line fails somewhere,the optimal reconfiguration of the distribution network can lock the fault location in time.The fault is cut off accurately and quickly,the power outage area is minimized,the economic loss caused by the power outage is reduced,and the normal power supply can be quickly restored after the fault is eliminated.The main means of distribution network optimization and reconstruction is to construct a reasonable and efficient distribution network structure by opening or closing the switches on the line.The research in this paper is based on the discussion and analysis of the distribution network optimization and reconstruction project in Luoyang City,Boluo County,Guangdong Province.Since the user's power load is often affected by a series of factors such as seasons,climatic conditions,and daily life,the load curve generally exhibits a fluctuating state.In the study of the local load change trend in Luoyang City,Boluo County,this paper summarizes the general rules of load change,and proposes a mathematical model that can comprehensively calculate the network loss at various load levels,so that the reconstruction results are more consistent with the actual situation..It is proved by the example that the mathematical model can make up for the shortcomings of the static distribution network optimization and reconstruction that can not dynamically change the load,and also improve the shortcomings of dynamic distribution network optimization and reconstruction.The medium voltage distribution network tries to achieve closed-loop design and openloop operation.This paper proposes a simple and fast coding method and a method for judging the radiation condition,which greatly accelerates the efficiency of the algorithm searching for feasible solutions.In addition,based on the traditional power flow calculation,this paper constructs a node branch related matrix by introducing a virtual branch,and uses Python language to program,realizes the power flow calculation of the distribution network,and accelerates the operation of the whole algorithm.effectiveness.This paper mainly uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the reconstruction of the distribution network,and the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm has been improved.Experiments show that the improved algorithm can effectively compensate for the insufficiency of the original algorithm can not escape the local extremum,and also enhance the diversity of the population.Since the switch has only two states,it is suitable to use a binary algorithm to indicate the operating state of the distribution switch.In addition,in order to better conform to the actual situation of the distribution network,a series of dynamic modifications have been made to various parameter settings of the algorithm.Through the dynamic parameter setting,the convergence precision of the optimization algorithm is improved,the convergence speed of the optimization algorithm is accelerated,and the optimization algorithm is effectively enhanced.This paper is based on the “13th Five-Year” distribution network planning project of Boluo County,Guangdong Province.The optimization and reconstruction of the medium voltage distribution network in Luoyang urban area of Boluo County is carried out.By comparing the reconstruction results of different optimization algorithms,it is proved that the proposed dynamic immune particle swarm optimization algorithm greatly improves the convergence speed and accuracy and can solve the optimization problem of distribution network optimization.
