In 1966,a 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck Xingtai.For the reason,China began the anti-seismic survey and identification and reinforcement work,so far,the work has been more than 53 years.The seismic capacity of the old buildings is improved through the reinforcement and transformation measures of different ways,and the safety of life and property of the people in the face of earthquake disaster is better guaranteed.Simultaneously,urban construction is booming and construction land is increasingly tight,which has been faced with the pressure of insufficient land for new construction.For the above-mentioned reasons,the existing building not only improve its seismic capacity,but also can increase the effective floorage and improve the using functions through economic,reasonable and applicable reinforcement transformation.In particular,the zoning map of China's ground motion parameters(GB 18306-2015)readjust the classification of ground motion parameters and put forward new requirements for seismic identification and reinforcement of China's old buildings.Based on the review of existing construction inspection appraisal and reinforcement transformation method,scientific research and engineering case,on the basis of a frame-shear wall structure in Gansu province high-rise building aseismic appraisal and reinforcement transformation project example as the research object,through the structure displacement ratio,axial compression ratio,reinforcement calculation,etc.,combined with the bearing capacity calculation of beam,column,wall and the result of finite element simulation analysis,evaluation system of the building structure safety appraisal,based on the principle of safety and applicable,economic and reasonable than two sets of plans,ultimately form the strengthening plan of this project,the reinforcement and transformation completed,improved both the seismic performance of buildings.The main research contents include the following aspects:1.The research background and significance are introduced,and the research status,engineering cases and typical practices of building inspection,identification,reinforcement and transformation at home and abroad are summarized in this paper.From two aspects of improving the seismic performance of the structure and reducing the seismic action,this paper introduces the main seismic strengthening methods of reinforced concrete structure.2.Taking a high-rise building with frame-shear wall structure as the research object,the reinforcement plan should follow at that time according to the national norms and procedures,the inspection purpose was clarified,the work flow was developed,the inspection data was sorted out and analyzed,and the structural calculation results were obtained through the combination of numerical calculation and finite element analysis simulation.3.According to the calculation results of the structure and the relevant requirements of the aseismic design code,different reinforcement and reconstruction schemes are selected,and the reinforcement measures of frame columns,beams,cast-in-place plates and shear walls are optimized to complete the reinforcement and reconstruction of the project.A safe,applicable,economical and reasonable reinforcement and reconstruction optimization scheme for the existing high-rise buildings with frame-shear wall structure is formed through the study,which is expected to provide reference and Suggestions for similar projects.
