The penetration process easily leads to erosion and passivation when penetrating concrete target with high-speed projectile, which affects the effect of projectile penetration.Through the combined method of experimental research, theoretical model and numerical simulation, the thesis analyzes the erosion factors when high-speed projectile penetrating concrete target, conducted research and demonstration, and performed a preliminary exploration on the mechanism of erosion.(1)Based on the experimental results, recovery of residual projectile, combined with high-speed penetration appearance analysis and fitting of the entity of 45# steel and PCrNI3 MoV,the thesis is to analyze the high speed projectile penetration results. At the same time, conducted the metallographic analysis of warhead surface sample cutting, heat affected zone width measurement and observation of tissue deformation zone of pearlite fragmentation, measured the distribution of the matrix element detection and compared the data analysis of the erosion mechanism of high-speed projectile penetrating concrete target plate process;(2)For 45# steel and PCrNI3 MoV shells of macro and micro analysis results, the quality of erosion model combined with home and abroad widely recognized the improved calculation model of the projectile mass erosion is deduced by Jones model and Archard model, and use the Forrestal experimental results to verify the reliability of the improved model and the quality of erosion by the improved model calculation of projectile range test;(3)According to the results of the analysis range experiment and the theoretical model, numerical simulation is performed.Numerical simulation is based on the theory of smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)method.Conducted the analysis of the related phenomenon by using AUTODYN-3D finite element analysis software, discreting the projectile and target as SPH particles and simulating high-speed projectile penetration process.
