Research On The Portable Fitness Product For White Collar

With the rapid social and economic development,by the growing work pressure,poor habits lead to the "sub-health" state becoming more and more common.China currently has 70% of people in the sub-health state,of which 75% are mainly white-collar crowd,but these people generally due to separation of duties caused by long commute,busy,and other reasons,no extra time and effort to exercise and fitness.In this study,reseach from the characteristics of white-collar workers and their daily living as well as working environment and behavior patterns.Using large data to outline the characteristics of the crowd portrait,analysising of white collar health,fitness,commuting according to survey data,and using AEIOU+BGE model to analysis of white-collar population Character cards and shadow tracking research data.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the method to identify the white-collar crowd that they need to solve the problem of shoulder and neck exercise,also to enable them to take full advantage of commute leisure and convenient fitness to abandon unhealthy commuting behavior,such as playing mobile phones,bow their heads and other design goals.Then combined with the white-collar shoulder and neck biomechanical theory of the typical problem of "cross-syndrome" of the muscle dynamic imbalance problem was analyzed and summarized the need to exercise the type of muscle and medicine,fitness training methods.Finally,a modular wearable modular product for white-collar commuting was designed by using brainstorming scheme,sketch scheme and product reverse modeling method.So the white-collar crowd can really have more convenient,fast,casual and fun fitness experience.
