Research On Improving Management And Control Mode For Wind Power Generation Enterprise Based On FX Company

Nowadays,the development trends of energy generation and consumption in worldwide is changing from dominating firmly by fossil energy including coal,oil,gas and so on to the proportion growing up rapidly of non-fossil energy in primary energy.By 2030,the Chinese government aims to about 20%of non-fossil energy consumption in its total energy consumption,and the government also plans to develop new energy and renewable energy which provides wide prosperity for new energy,especially for wind power.Otherwise,in China,the wind power generation industry is facing many challenges such as government’s energy policy,macro economy,grid acceptance ability,the cost of building,etc,.This thesis takes China’s leading wind power-based clean energy listed company FX Company as an example to analyze,diagnose,adjust and improvement its management and control mode to help FX company to enhance its competitiveness in severe market challenges around its strategy.In the specific research process,this thesis summarizes the research status of enterprise management and control mode in domestic and abroad,as well as the research status of wind power enterprises.Secondly,the basic theory of management and control mode and wind power enterprise management and control mode are introduced.Thirdly,through case study,focusing on the changes and current situation of FX company’s management and control mode for many years,PEST analysis method was used to analyze its external environment,and SWOT analysis method was used to analyze and diagnose its own control mode.Fourthly,Benchmarking analysis was used to,the international leading wind power comparable company IBERDROLA,Spain,and EDF,a French power company with a state-owned enterprise background,analyze their management and control mode,and plays a role in benchmarking and reference in improving FX’s management and control mode.Fifth,through the benchmarking against benchmark comparable enterprises,the wind power enterprises in different regions,different countries and different types of investment and development of FX Company are used to adopt the theory of management and control mode to propose a management and control mode suitable for their development strategic objectives and effectively improve the management and control efficiency and market competitiveness.In the given improving plan,it is recommended to adopt the ideas of different management and control modes in different markets,and promote them step by step in China,and finally realize the terminal wind power enterprises(wind farms-level),regional companies(regional operation and maintenance management centers,region-level),and FX headquarter(headquarter-level).The three-level management structure formed by the level operation supervision center adopts the strategical management and control mode;the operational management and control mode is adopted within the large area and relatively small areas;for the overseas merger and acquisition projects,the financial investment management and control mode is adopted initially,followed by the larger scale,consider the use of operational control mode or strategic control mode.Finally,the expected effect of the improved management and control mode,as well as the risk and safeguard measures of the implementation of the new management and control mode are put forward.The theoretical significance of this study is to provide new examples and objects for the theoretical research of the management and control mode,expand the research field of the management and control mode,and put forward the improvement scheme of the management and control mode for FX company.
