Enterprise culture,as one of the main core of enterprise development,is the soft power and fighting capacity of enterprises in the market competition.Under the background of the new era,in order to achieve better development,state grid corporation of China has formulated a strategic plan with "three types and two networks" as the target,and meanwhile,in order to realize the company’s strategic goals as soon as possible,it has put forward higher requirements and stricter standards for the construction of corporate culture.Take culture as the core to enhance the cohesion and centripetal force within the enterprise;Take culture as the foundation to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of employees;Take culture as a guide,stimulate the enterprise employees’fighting capacity and innovation ability,so that they have greater courage and enthusiasm to devote to work.We will transform corporate cultural advantages into the company’s innovation,and accelerate and comprehensively ensure the company’s reform and development.As a wholly-owned subsidiary of state grid,X power supply company should fully stimulate the cultural impetus,accelerate the construction of a scientific strategic model consistent with the state grid corporation,realize the benign development of corporate culture,enhance the competitiveness of corporate soft power,and then enhance the management ability of the enterprise to the culture.Although X power supply company has made unremitting efforts for a long time,its own corporate culture construction has been better and achieved certain results,which has added vitality and power to the development and construction of the company.But objectively speaking,there are still some deficiencies and defects in the construction process.This paper studies and analyzes the company’s existing corporate culture from all aspects to make full use of its strengths and avoid its weaknesses so as to realize the overall optimization and upgrading of corporate culture.In this paper,the theory and content related to corporate culture are mainly used as a guide to clarify the meaning and backdrop of the research content.Through the analysis of company X,the core research object of this paper,the existing corporate culture characteristics and development defects of the company are clarified.Integrated the survey with interview outline,it provides valuable basis for the research of this paper.The investigation of X power supply company’s own corporate culture construction mainly takes the following five levels as the entry point,namely material level;(2)behavior level;(3)system level;Spiritual level;(5)cognitive level;From the perspective of the parent company,the biggest problem it faces is how to implement its own cultural values related strategies in its subsidiaries.From the perspective of subsidiaries,the core problem they face is how to effectively manage the essence of corporate culture so that corporate culture can drive corporate development.On this basis,it proposed the benchmarking management strategy of X power supply company’s corporate culture,established the benchmarking management index system,and carried out practical application in X power supply company,so as to improve the cultural management level of the enterprise and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.It is hoped that the research conclusions of this study can provide some references and Suggestions for other enterprises of the same type to build and improve their own corporate culture.
